At Palmetto Hall Plantation Club, golfers enjoy meals in Baird’s Pub, our Private Clubhouse dining facilities for members and guests. The 13th hole of Palmetto Hall was the site of Camp Baird (named for Colonel George W. Baird), the encampment of the United States Army’s 32nd Colored Infantry who were on Hilton Head Island to build Fort Howell.
